We’ve delved deep so far, yes? 


You have delved into ‘the bucket’, and we’ve shown you ways to release those toxic emotions, which have been making you feel stuck, or sick, or exhausted. Ultimately, if you didn’t decide to allow this ‘e(nergy)-in-motion’ to flow through your body, you would have experienced serious dis-ease. 

So well done. Now it’s time to to continue to vigilantly ask yourself “Is this the truth?” when you have a thought, which doesn’t align with what you want for the vision for your life.
