Triple Goddess Wisdom

A two day retreat for mothers and daughters of all ages

*Women of all ages, from the age of 10 years old, are welcome to attend*

In biblical times women would gather once a month for three days in ‘The Red Tent’, to celebrate their womanhood. The story of this process was so beautifully shared by Anita Diamant in her book of the same name. It speaks from the voice of Sarah, a young woman who is initiated early into the Red Tent, as she explores her own womanhood through her connection with the ‘older’ women of the tribe.

These initiations have been somewhat lost in our society, and the importance of true connection between mother and daughter can sometimes get lost along the way too.

We’ve called it ‘Grounding The Balance’ because, whilst we are in feminine bodies, it is important we all learn how to effectively manage our (almost) equal feminine and masculine energies within. As we learn to do this together, we em-power the collective.

We learn that we create from POWER, rather than force.

Healthy relationships between women of the tribe are needed more than ever.

ELDERS NEED TO FEEL HEARD,

GODDESSES NEED TO REGAIN THEIR STRENGTH,

AND MAIDENS NEED CLARITY AROUND TRUE FEMININE SPIRIT AND CONNECTION.

That’s why we want to invite you and your daughter, or a young woman who is important to you, to join us at Triple Goddess – Grounding the Balance.

As a mum, you’re offered the opportunity to laugh, listen and talk with your daughter, and remove yourself from every day distractions so you can be more present.

As a daughter, it gives you the experience of sharing time with your Mum not as ‘just as a Mum’, but as a woman who shares the same desires as you – to enjoy life, have fun, and be loved.

Together we will:

– explore what it means to be a woman in today’s world
– get closer to who you want to be, as a woman
– participate in nourishing practices for the nurturance of self
– dance
– spend time in meditation and reflection
– commune as a tribe of like-minded women
– impart our own personal wisdom
– inspire others to be their best self

What’s included:

– Two days of inspired conversation

– Tea ceremony

– Self-nurturing with 100% natural skincare products

– Yummy, nutritious, wholesome food

The retreat is held at Coorumbena, which means ‘beautiful place’. It’s a nurturing, heart-opening space in Upper Wilsons Creek, overlooked by two waterfalls. A gentle creek runs through the property, and the only sounds you hear at night are those of the bubbling creek, the waterfall, and the wildlife. It’s the perfect place to reconnect and nurture yourself and a woman you love.

Your guides for the weekend:

Kirsty Greenshields iis the mother of two daughters, and the creator of Sacred Feminine Leadership Transformation. She has worked with 100’s of women since 2009, assisting them to discover their personal measures for ‘success’, and creating a ripple effect of true leadership. An ex-army intelligence officer, turned naturopath and author, Kirsty brings a breadth of experience of two seemingly separate worlds to her teaching. Kirsty’s personal experience with PTSD is a story to which many relate.

Meg Forrester is the mother of a one year old boy, and the co-founder and creative director of EVOHE, 100% natural Australian skincare. EVOHE means ‘Celebration of Life’. Meg’s personal and professional experience have fuelled her desire to dedicate herself to natural beauty in all its forms. She has recently created the ‘Self-Nurture Series’ of workshops for women. Meg’s personal story of triumph, in both her business (which she calls her ‘naughty teenager’) and her personal life, are inspiring to so many.

Kristy Trede is the mother of four teenagers in her blended modern day family. Kristy says she is not only a survivor of domestic violence and alcoholism, but she has used her experience to strengthen herself, and lead her family to a more positive, healthy and happy life. Kristy is a leader in creating conversations around positive, healthy, conscious and connected relationships.
